Star Nails

"I asked for my acrylic nails to be taken off. Nail tech tried to rip them off using a dirty old acrylic nail. I said no I don't want them ripped off I want them soaked off. She soaked them in acetone using old used tin foil for about a minute and then would use the electric file on a fast setting to file deep into my nail bed. She repeatedly hurt me and I told her it was hot and hurting me she didn't stop. She repeatedly bent my natural nails trying to pry off and push off the acrylics when her minute long "soaks" did not immediately release the glue. She did not use sanitary tools either. She destroyed my natural nails. They are sore still the next day and your can see in pictures where she clearly filed straight into my nail bed leaving me with a bunch of flat spots and how many red hurting spots there are on my nails from the deep filling and bending. NEVER go here to get nails removed! It was horrible. I wouldn't even look at what she did in the salon I was so upset. Took me an hour to see really look at the damage she had done. So unprofessional and uncaring."

"The shape is no wheres near almond. Its circular rather than almond. the nails are not opague and the layering is sloppy. The design was sloppy as well. Not very good at all. The nails altogether are just very sloppy."

"I got a deluxe pedicure and it was only $45. This included the hot towel wraps and hot oil soak. Very good deal! They have a good selection of nail polish to choose from. They were able to get me and my kid in very quickly with no appointment. I highly recommend!!"

"there's a BEFORE and an AFTER. my new set has been great. no lifting. perfectly shaped. and still looks great after almost 3 weeks! (I usually get fills every 2 weeks but the holidays made my schedule wonky.) I'm a stay at home mom of a 3yo who is a lot of work and my nails have held up awesome! got them done by Van. ❤ sweet lady. definitely will be going to her again."
