"I took my grandson in to get a haircut , hes very sensitive to sounds and touch. The lady that cut his hair was so great, very patient and caring. Took time to explain to him what she was doing let him feel the vibration of the clippers so he would know what to expect and not be scared or startled. He had a good experience. Thank you."

"Awful customer service. The moment we walked in we were greeted with contempt for not checking in on line. The haircut itself was decent but definitely not good enough to outweigh the awful customer service. The gal we dealt with was incredibly short with us, incredibly rude tone and treated us like nothing more than an annoyance interrupting her day. She needs intense training on her customer service. Seemed like the other gals that were working had great and pleasant attitudes. We were just unfortunate to get the one who was either having a bad fault or just doesn't enjoy her job. Edit: after taking a shower and looking over my haircut I can no longer even say the is decent. Left my neck fuzzy, sub-par blend, no line up and overall just a shotty hack job that was rushed and done in barely 10 minutes. If you are looking for quick, cheap(ish) and have a fetish for being treated like scum then this is the place to he I guess."
