"Ummm... Well... I knew since it was Walmart it might not be the best since it is cheap quick service. I asked for a full head of highlights and to fix my choppy layers to be more ever and this is what I got. There was only one girl working and she rushed thru my hair as fast as she could and didn't even blow dry my hair because she had another appointment that was there waiting. Thank God it looks ok up in a pony tail cause I cannot wear this down like this in public. Do not go here if you are expecting real good service. I will never go to a Walmart again."
