"I came into the Great Clips on Terry Lane after receiving a haircut the day prior that just didn’t look right. I had a lot riding the following day with my midterms and needing to feel confident. Donna took care of me right away. I usually go to her and I should have in the beginning. She really knows what the customer is aiming for and she executes it. I really appreciate you guys! "Took my daughter in for a hair trim. She is 32 and has a formal event to go to this weekend in Salem. She wanted her hair trimmed and lightly layered. I took her here because I have been taking my grandson for a year to see "Grandma Cheryl" and she is wonderful! Well, my daughter did not get Cheryl, she got a different younger girl that ruined her hair. My daughter ended up with a haircut that is one step away from a bob. She went in with almost waist length hair, and it is just below her ears. She was ready to cry. No apology from the girl either or an offer of extensions to fix her mistake. If you do go here, only see Cheryl, otherwise, stay away!!"
