"Worst experience of my life.. came in for a basic hair dye and my hair was completely butchered from the color to the cut I left with dried hair and patchy spots all over the place had to turn around and pay another 200$ to get my hair fixed by someone else.. please don’t say you can do something your not comfortable doing"

"I went in looking to get my nails done (a full set) seeing as I hadn't had my nails done in about a year. The service performed was hurried and the final product was embarrassing. My nail beds were flooded with acrylic, the shape(s) of my nails were very un-uniform, my cuticles were cut, and the polish wasn't even done well. This is a warning to any woman who is wanting to get their nails done, the nail service at this salon will not make your nails beautiful. I ended up getting them fixed after having to wear them for 3 days. They were not even salvageable - they had to be soaked off."
