"Would give this place a lower review but I can only go to 1 star. DO NOT LET THEM CUT YOUR HAIR OR YOUR CHILDS HAIR! After checking in online and waiting an hour and a half as per the online check in we arrived to find out we were still 6th in line. When it was finally our turn I showed the lady who was to cut my sons hair a picture of what we wanted. A high fade with a hard line at the top where his undercut was previously( line was already there), and to leave the top about 1&1/2” long. Cut started out fine but the lady had very little experience dealing with kids as she started pushing my kids head around then acting upset that my sons head was moving. I figured hey it’s probably my kid moving so I told my son to hold still and started watching a lot closer. That’s when I saw her pushing his head. The lady then started cutting from the top of his head down which caught my attention as she was still working on the sides of his head, so I stood up and walked around to see what was going on and she was cutting almost all of the length off the top of my sons head. When I tried to talk to the lady about what was going on and try and save his haircut she started to argue with me. I then told the lady we’re done with the haircut as my sons hair is now wrong and I won’t be argued with over a service I am paying for. Lady appeared to be under the influence of hard drugs. Needless to say I WILL NOT be back EVER. Save the money let a crackhead on the streets do it better and a hell of a lot cheaper."

"Would not recommend taking your children here for back to school haircuts. Brought my son in for a haircut and he walked out crying. My husband tried to explain to the lady WITH A PICTURE how we wanted our son’s hair cut and she stood between my husband and son (blocking my husband’s view) and started cutting, not paying any attention to what we were wanting done."

"My son and mom went here same day two different stylists and got great results. Going online and signing in first is a good idea as this establishment seems to stay busy! Clean and friendly. Would definitely recommend."
