"I never like to post a bad review even when it's warranted but if you are thinking of leaving your current stylist or salon to give this place a try DO NOT do so lightly. Each stylist is independent so you could end up with a bad one or just one that does not care. I was really excited when this place opened up in West Salem so I reached out through email as that's the only way to book an appointment for new clients. I was paired with Morgan and her skills were very good but I found myself always needing to move my schedule around even when I booked well in advance. The one time I was able to book an appointment myself via the online booking system I was able to find an appointment that worked around my work schedule! However, later Morgan moved the appointment b/c there was an "error" with the booking system and again I had to move my schedule around, but I let it go. Fast forward to July, I had a foot injury and needed to go to urgent care the day before my appointment. Right after leaving urgent care, I texted Morgan which was 23 hours before my appointment, and wanted to see what my options were due to work and my foot being swollen, painful, and infected. She responded to my text 5 hours later stating her 24-hour cancellation policy. I explained that I had been at urgent care and if we could simply reschedule. In the end she agreed AFTER I offered to send her pictures of my foot to show I was not lying. However again the only appointment she had available was a Tuesday at 2 pm. With my office being so short-staffed and it being our busy season I could not simply leave for 2 hrs for a hair appointment so I could not take the appointment. On September 7th when things at work had calmed down and my foot was healed, I texted Morgan explaining and apologizing for the situation. I also had fully intended to make her soonest opening work but she never responded to my text. A week later I went back on to the company website and requested a new stylist as it was obvious that Morgan no longer wished to service me. I received an email response 4 days later that I was paired with Katie and that she would reach out to me. Katie never called or texted me and it's been 2 weeks. I'm super disappointed as I DID love the salon and the products they carried, which I bought from them regularly. Anyway, I've found a new Salon on Liberty called Le Motive that I highly recommend. FYI: You get a 10% discount on your next appointment if you leave a good review."

"Amber Wynn is awesome! I get trimmed and styled every few months, Amber always gives me a modern style and I get so many compliments. The salon is so cute and clean. It's right on Edgewater st. I've always found convenient parking. It's always a great experience!"
