"Went in for simple stitch cornrows. As a business I assumed all the staff where professional. But i found out at the end I didn’t get stitch braids and the person doing my braids didn’t know how to really do cornrows. Long story short I wasted time and money on some bad cornrows! They where fuzzy and ugly she tried to fix them by throwing a blob of braid gel. And she still charged me. I suggest Don’t lie to your customers. I won’t be back."

"I’ve been seeing Ola for 2 years after I moved from another state. She’s been so kind to me and does an amazing job with helping me maintain my natural hair. She provides good services. You have to pay a deposit but it goes toward the service."

"Booked my appointment over a week in advance for box braids a day before my cruise. Called on Friday evening said didn't have time. Said she could do crochet box braids instead. I agreed. When I arrived I was shown the hair. All bright colors, as they were out of black/ brown and seemed cheaper hair than I'm use to seeing. I asked if it would be easier to do natural hair box braids. The young lady agreed as I have shoulder length hair. You can tell she was nervous or just starting to alone. She took a out an hour to get the first row in a half done before someone else stepped in. I stated 4 different time I wanted medium to large side braids. I got micro small. I didn't complain because I was grateful to get my hair braided. After a couple of hours I was done. They were frizzy and some of them were twisted since one person started thr braids and another finished. They weren't laying the same way. it was time to pay it was $180. For natural hair braids but the website list $100 with a $30 deposit. I paid $180 with a $60 deposit. Didn't get even close to what I wanted or asked for. A little gurl under 12yo was getting the exact service but her hair was passed her butt and paid less then me. Makes no sense. Especially since box braids with extensions is listed for $200. Pretty much down graded my service since they claimed they didn't have thr time to do wahy services I booked but still charged me the same price. It wouldn't be bad if I didn't have to over pay to get less the 25 braids. Can't help but feel scammed. I rather make the 2.5 hour drive to Portland and get the services I asked for."

"I got my weave done here and it looks so bad! The lady who did my hair kept leaving to talk to people on the phone and do other stuff instead of doing my hair ! Not to mention she did a horrible job ! I took the weave out after the install bc it’s so ugly !Don’t come here for weaves unless you want to be robbed of ur money ! I got my weave done yesterday and it’s already lifting !!"

"I wish I could post my pics! RUN WHILE YOU CAN! She charges you before hand and lied to me about knowing how to install a lace front wig I brought myself. My unit was lifting before I left the chair. I asked why she told me to place my scarf on to lay it correctly at night. She was very nice but towards the end I could tell she was clueless. The next morning my unit slipped off in the shower only hanging by the wig clips in the back! I contacted them and asked to come to get fixed and she told me K would have to wait 3 days because she was booked and I would have to pay an additional $100 for her time! I was so hurt and began to cry. What a waist. Save your money!"
