"She went about 8 inches shorter than I wanted. I showed her my "shortest" final length and that's where she made the initial chop. After 2 weeks of putting my hair up every day, it did grow on me some. I'll admit it was fun to change things up and try a new style out. But that wasn't what I asked for. I wish Mindy all the best and I think she's very skilled at what she does. Just make sure to be really clear about what you want."
