"Mixed review. I'll start with the positives first. Rachel gives one of the best hair washes I've had with a stylist! My scalp was super happy after our appointment. She also does a great shape with curls and her cut frames my face really well. My only complaint - Rachel cut my hair MUCH shorter than I requested. I requested a length between my collar bone and my nipple line and ended up with a cut well below my shoulders. My hair at this length is too short to put into a ponytail. This is the second cut I've had by Rachel where it was significantly shorter than requested. It's important that a curly hair specialist can deliver the length requested given how much extra curly cuts can be. If I could give a 3.75 rating I would. Outside of length (which is a big deal in a haircut) she is a talented stylist."
