"This was my first time going to a Golden Goose store. When I saw the shoes I thought it was a vintage store that sold worn shoes, but I was wrong the employee there, explained that that's how their shoes are made and sold. The shoes are supposed to look pretty worn out and grunge. The price of a Pair of shoes is on the higher end. Even just one shoelace will cost you $75. They do have a couple of clothing in the shop. Overall the customer service was great and the shop had a unique ecstatic."

"Amazing and very helpful staffs. Got my first pair and had a co-creation experience at the store - extremely satisfied. The staff explained to me how different models should feel and helped me to decide for a perfect pair. FYI for those who want to have a co-creation experience: somehow it looks like there is no availability on Saturdays for the co-creation experience on GG website if you try to book an appointment for this store: but that’s not true. I walked into the store on Saturday and was able to get mine customization without an appointment."

"I had the privilege to get my sneakers customised by their shoe maker artist Tre. What an amazing artist and kind person. He truly listened to what design I had in mind. I’m beyond pleased with my sneakers. Thank you Tre!"

"Quality does not match the price, bought two items from them and both are showing premature issues. And if you don’t live in NY or Miami, you’re hosed for follow up repairs/service. Avoid unless you’ve got so much money you don’t know what to do with it."

"Big GG fan here. I was so happy when I learned that this store was opening! When it finally did, I visited with my boyfriend to check it out and he ended up buying his first pair! The staff that has helped us, Charlie and Bree, were so extremely polite and showed us so many styles! I was helped by another team member during a different visit, but I do not remember her name but she was very nice and helpful as well! Then, when I heard that the LAB experience was coming I immediately booked an appointment. A few days before the appointment, Charlie reached out to me to confirm and answered some questions I had. They were very knowledgeable and helpful! When I went in for my appointment, I was delighted to see both Bree and Charlie working. They, of course, were so helpful when it came to picking out the pair of shoes I wanted customized. I was incredibly happy with my purchase and will be going back to that store frequently to either browse new styles or to make a purchase! Great store, with wonderful staff!
