"I want to cry many days just watching the blond that was put in my hair fall out and snap off… (I asked for a chocolate/ lighter browner highlights than my natural hair) ITS BLOND and the contrast between the two colors is not what I asked for. my beautiful hair has been fried and I paid $400 for it… Again I just want to cry. It looked okay leaving the salon I was sad about it being so blond, but after washing it it just breaks and crimps up. My hair has never been this way. I’ve reached out to another woman who told me that the damage is not normal.… ughhhh I’d also like to add that my scalp was burning so badly it’s finally feeling a little normal but still so sensitive. Here’s my lovely before and after and yes I have been trying to use high end masks/ bonding repair products. I’d like my hair and my money back, but unfortunately that won’t be happening any time soon. It’s It definitely is worse in person."
