"Unbelievable experience! I had over $250 worth of Wahl clippers to exchange from Xmas. 3 clippers all purchased at Sally’s from a relative as gifts. Today 12/29 I tried exchanging them at the Canby location. Brand new, in box, never opened. They told me I was out of luck because their new policy states all sales final on clippers! Exchange only with receipt. Well because they were Xmas gifts I don’t have the receipt and they refused to work with me in any way. The manager even told me I was “making her feel uncomfortable” because I was questioning her about the policy. This company has become so sketchy! Tried to act like they were stolen or something. If an upset customer makes you feel uncomfortable don’t work in customer service. Anyways, buyers beware, DO NOT PURCHASE TOOLS OR CLIPPERS from Sally’s if there’s a possibility you may need an exchange or return. Go to cosmoprof or Amazon. Let this company fizzle out."
