"My son and I received haircuts on Dec 29 2023 before are family pics.And this is how it came out.My wife called manager .And manager already knew who cut are hair.Why would they let people that cant cut hair work there?Manager told us we could get it fixed where we live since were from ca. My son and I went today to get fixed and the store where I live said no that's not possible.That there franchise,why would a manager lie .Very unprofessional,ruined family pics."

"I went in to get my split ends taken off, and to get the top layer of my hair evened out, to get home and notice that one side of my hair is significantly shorter than the other. The left side is shorter overall, except for the long piece at the front, which is longer than the right side. I did ask for layers, but this looks like I did it myself. I'm disappointed, because I have gotten several cuts here before. The lady didn't pull my hair to the top of my head to make sure everything was even, and I think that is why it ended up this way."
