"I made an online appointment for a senior cut with Cassie. She was excellent. First, by listening to my concerns about my previous cut at a different shop and what I wanted corrected. Second, we then went thru a lengthy discussion on how long ago was my last cut to determine hair growth rate, then offering suggestions on how to go about getting the finished cut I was looking for. Third, she took notes throughout the cut and ongoing discussion so she would be able to hit the ground running with my next visit. Finally we wrapped up with a plan for the future visits so my hair style will end up where I want it to be. WOW, great work Cassie! I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thanks for the best cut I've had in a quite a while."

"I saw Madi today and she was amazing! I went in for a shag cut with lots of face framing with curtain bangs and she asked so many questions to how I wanted my hair to look. SHE WAS AMAZING! I LOVE my hair and my curls have come out! She did show me how to style my curtain bangs which she took the extra time to do but I greatly appreciated it. She is so cool and I will be returning to her specifically."

"Giving 4 stars due to my hair dresser being incredible would give 5 stars but the owner of the shop made me so uncomfortable every time she went by, she had a dirty look on her face but only to me. We made eye contact every time. It was just so strange and made me so uncomfortable. I will be back but only because Erika was absolutely amazing as always."

"I have really struggled with whether I’d leave a review or not. Months later I still can’t believe the experience I had here. I booked a cut with Shelby. I wanted a blunt cut with framing around the face. The cut was done but absolutely no styling. No product. No nothing. As I sat in the waiting room for my husband, I started trying to look at the cut closer to see what it would look like if styled. I finally asked her to take me back and style it a little. She did and I asked for some choppy cuts around the face to be thinned out. It got worse and worse. All I can say that she did right was to stop and ask who I believe is the owner for help. The owner helped some, but not nearly enough. I had to do a lot of cutting at home to even make it ok. It’s been 3 months and it’s finally starting to grow out to a reasonable look from the chop job I got. It almost looked like a mullet because it was cut straight back instead of gradually along the jawline. Beware!!"
