I received a call a little before an hour that I had been canceled due to a scheduling conflict by being double booked with a repeat client. Not given any options or consideration. With three days before my trip I am now scrambling for an appointment across town. Very disappointing since I made the appointment over a month ago. I would not recommend if you are a new client, you may be cancelled last minute without any notice or rescheduling opportunities. This business is not accommodating for new customers."
