"Historically, I've had good service and liked their work. Yesterday, 7/13/2023 my appreciation for Elegant Nails was dashed and unless they have a valid and acceptable response, I will never return again. Specifics: I had a 3pm appointment. I arrived early, was told they would be with me soon. I took my shoes off and got in the chair. I was waiting in the chair at 2:58. I was on a tight schedule so I am positive about the timeline. I looked for the person who was going to work on me and saw she was working on someone else. As time went by, I became more and more nervous. I asked the employees near me about the situation and received no response. Subjectively I interpreted their expectations and body language. I will not post my guess here now. I asked what was going on numerous times and received the same verbal silence. At 3:15 I got up, put my shoes on, gathered the emery board etc I brought with me and left. As I was leaving I looked for some good reason for being ignored and found none. I verbalized my dissatisfaction and vowed never to return. As expressed at the beginning, I'll watch for an acceptable reply. IF this was my first visit, I would give an even worse review. I've tempered my emotional response with historical experiences. I am very dissatisfied with Elegant Nails and plan on never returning."
