"This company makes a great product! They are a true "Made in the USA" company which is rare these days. I love my heaters (I have 2 Big Timber Elites). I use them on the deck all year round. In the winter (SE PA winters), if you are about 3-4 feet away from one you can keep warm enough at ~32 deg out. The other 3 seasons it's toasty! If there is ever a problem, you can bet they will do what it takes to make it right. They are a pleasure to purchase from."

"This little timber patio heater is hands down the best. It replaced our propane one that only gave off heat at the top which is ineffective if we’re all sitting down. It’s also MUCH cheaper than propane to run and I’m not dragging around propane tanks to get filled every week. The sheer beauty of it too makes it a nice center piece especially with the cage around it, it also protects the dogs from getting too close. We’ve ran a lot of heat cycles through it now using it everyday and it still looks and works GREAT. I was worried about the potential smoke and the windows getting soot buildup but it burns ridiculously clean! Windows are still clear as day and the visible flame gives the patio a nice ambience. Overall this was one of the best purchases for the backyard! Already got my brother to buy one for his place!"

"This is our Timber Stoves Revere outdoor heater. We really enjoy the All Stainless Steel pellet heater. It gives off a lot of heat and is less expensive to run than propane heaters and to us, it’s more convenient. Our Revere is very easy to use and pellet feed works great. The three sided view of the fire is enjoyed by everyone and the heat is excellent . The Revere allows us to enjoy our patio in colder weather. Having the Safety cage gives us piece of mind that everyone is protected from the hot surfaces. The best part is that being made of all Stainless Steel it should last forever."

"The Big Timber Revere has been a great purchase for our patio and gets a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors. Actually enjoyed the assembly process and appreciated the customer service when I had a couple of questions about the chimney attachment. Once the stove gets going, it cranks out heat for as long as you want to keep feeding it, and easy to shut down and clean up for next time. In the Midwest I have found it a little challenging to purchase quality pellets, but what I can find work well. Certainly recommend the investment in the stove, and would also encourage getting the cover for it as it will get weathered sitting out in the elements, so will help keep your investment looking new."

"We love our Lil’ Smokey! We routinely use it camping and at home on our back deck. It has proven to be quite durable with as often as it gets moved around. It easily comes apart into 4 sections. This thing is great. Puts out a lot of heat!! and we can frequently use it when a campfire is not allowed due to fire restrictions since it has the spark arrestor and is easily extinguished. So cool!! And pellets are so much cheaper and easier to transport than firewood. Simply fill the hopper and it burns for about 2 hours. A bag of pellets will fill the hopper like 6 times."
