"Excellent experience with pops garage! I blew a set of bearings on a trailer while coming down out of the mountains and I called Pops garage and they weren’t able to help me because they weren’t around. Thom, was up in Redmond at the time and he suggested another place which was not able to help me and returned me to pops garage. I had been hesitant to leave my trailer because it just felt like an area where someone was going to break into it but I went into town on a Sunday because the parts shops were actually open and managed to get a replacement hub For the trailer. I figured it would be an easy install but it turned out that the bearing sheared off and welded to the I don’t know what it’s called. Let’s call a strut. I was there long enough that Tom, from pop garage stopped by on his way home to check on me and asked if I was the guy who called. I said yup he took a look at The situation and told me what I would need to do. Long story short I tried to get that piece off for an hour and then finally called him back and he came back out with the tools to knock the welded piece off and helped me out in the rain and charged me 50 bucks. Got to say I am extremely happy to have had the help! it would’ve taken me a lot longer and a trip to town to get additional tools to fix this on my own and I would’ve gotten the wrong tools. at home I could’ve done this with the grinder , on the side of the road, I was not prepared and pops garage definitely helped me out. Highly recommend!"

"The tow company was great! The problem was with the insurance company sending these guys to Corvallis for me instead of a closer towing company. Took a long time but that's to be expected at 36 miles away."

"Called my insurance for a low profile tow on my vintage vehicle. Confirmed that I needed a low profile tow. 2 hours later guy shows up with a flat bed big enough for a bus. He proceeded to tell my wife it was her fault then insurance fault. Guy supposed to be a tow truck driver should have know what a 67 vw bus is not show up and yell at my wife like she didn’t know what kind of tow she needed. I called insurance company back they confirmed I ordered a low profile tow. If you don’t know what a vehicle is you should have called to confirm. The other tow company did and was very professional and so not yell at my wife. Will never do business with you again."

"I had a flat tire on my dually long bed truck. I was in a remote location. They got to be in 40 minutes. We are from our of town and weren't sure where to have our truck towed to for repairs. I told the gentleman who answered my call and dispatched our driver where we were staying and he suggested a nearby shop that ended up exceeding my expectations. The The driver was very skilled in loading my large truck. We road with the driver to drop off the truck at the shop, and then he gave us a ride home. He was very nice. Overall we had an exceptional experience and would recommend their services to anyone."
