"This was a great find for us! We rented some ebikes for about 4 hours (which was as long as my backside could take the bike seat!) :-) We originally booked for Monday, but when the weather didn’t work out, we moved it to Tuesday. They were incredibly friendly and got us all set up with ebikes. We hit a few moments of rain during the day, but the bikes worked perfectly and we had an amazing time biking around the town. Highly recommended!!"
"This is my first e-bike, a cargo bike and a substitute for my lovable electric car which was getting too expensive to insure and maintain. The salesperson, Jay, was very patient and informative with all my questions, and the test drive convinced me that I could do this, eagerly. It's important that they service what they sell, because I was naive about the level of technical sophistication needed to maintain top performance, and I got some great education from their ex-navy nuclear submarine machinist's mate, Alexander, when I came in for a tuneup at 850 miles after hearing some weird noises from my front brakes. This shop cares about quality sales and service and customer satisfaction for years after the initial purchase. Expect regular tuneups, just like one would do for an automobile. E-bikes are not amenable to DIY maintenance beyond oiling the chain and the front forks religiously."
"Bought 2 new Dost e-bikes at the beginning of summer. Love the bikes my girlfriend got the step thru, easy for her to get on & off the bike, I grabbed the traditional frame. The guys at the shop are fantastic, I asked for some changes to the handle bar setup up and they had it done in a day. Great customer service and a big selection of bikes. Added 1 pic of my girlfriends bike from one of our test ride days, we bought the white Dost in the pic. Stopped in again to add a basket to the back of 1 bike and they installed it right there and we road off with the new basket. If your looking for a new E- bike, Eugene Electric bicycles is the place to Go! Thanks J. Josh & Chris!"
"Went there with great interest in possibly getting an e bike, but had zero knowledge. Jay started with questions about our intent, then explained the tech, allowed us to try different brands and styles to experience what he was telling us. What's great about this shop is the people and the variations of brands and styles. You can't go wrong with visiting this shop."
"If I could rate it 6 stars, I would! The new location is gorgeous and spacious with dozens of models and examples available to mount and feel. They had a streamlined and simple test ride process that was quick and convenient. They had a variety of models ranging from sub-$800 to over $5000 and of every type. They have cargo bikes, commuter bikes, road bikes, off-road bikes, mountain bikes, hunting bikes, cruisers, compacts, and folding bikes. For every use-case and every price range, they had it all. Additionally, they had plenty of accessories, such as locks, helmets, seats, bags, baskets, tires, anti-puncture inserts, racks, and more. The staff were super nice and very knowledgeable, I was in to possibly buy a bike with no prior knowledge and they helped me out amazingly. They had extremely in-depth answers to any questions I had and helped guide me in the right direction without trying to upsell me on anything. Everything was well-maintained and tidy despite the move, as well."
