"Never waited so long for front Dental partial in 30 years since car accident that killed my dad. Been trying to do all the filings they want they say insurance requires before even fitting me for a denture partial. Insurance says they don't care. Its up to dentist. Yes, i emailed quality control. Very disappointing to see such lack of caring for someone with ptsd from accident. Looking for a new dentist. Rural living with special needs child also makes this difficult. I guess Mom doesn't need teeth, Dentist doesnt care if partial stabs my mouth for a year."
"I had a molar with no cavity but felt like it had a small separation I had some random sensitivity when brushing that lasted 1 day an went away never came back but it scared me so I mad a apt. The dentist did all kinds of test said tooth was good an he could see the small Crack in filling an to redo it an it should not happen again he said sugar could have gotten in the Crack causing thst sensitivity I had for only one day. I was able to eat an everything normal no issue fast forward to June 6th 2023 when my apt comes to get filling replacement. Once numbing wore off I had sever sensitivity when biting down on anything. He brought me back reworked it he said wait 2 weeks if sensitivity was still he will send me to root canal doctor. Sensitivity was still there cant eat on it at all Tooth fills smaller like it's missing part of it as well. Iv been trying to get ahold of them since end of June no one is returning my calls. I just want the apt with root canal doctor so she can check it an they won't give me one or call me back. I seen doctor nik is whst he called himself he was very nice but the work is questionable iv never in my 30+ yrs ever had anything like this happen to my teeth after a dental procedure."
"Dr. Williamson at New Health Dental in Colville is by far the best dentist I have been treated by in my 77 year long life. Her quality of care, attention to detail, and professionalism are unsurpassed. Thank you Jaehee Hwang Williamson . Clint Halbert"
"It takes a long time to get certain appointments but they are true to their schedule and get you in when they are supposed to. They offer sliding payment schedule based on your income. They accept most dental insurance. If you have no insurance you get a 10 per cent discount if you pay your bill the day of the service"
