"Rude short and snippy. Felt like I was getting run through the saw mill on this one. I asked her not to be short with me and help me about. It was like she was too busy to help me. Rather than be pleasant and walk me through the different types of options she just slammed me into the cheapest option and didn’t explain anything to me. Then the B hung up on me and told me to do my quote online. I’ll spend my money elsewhere."

"Woman who answered was very short and rude with me when I called to get a quote - she wouldn't be transparent about the details of cancelling a policy. So I backtracked and said 'okay can I get a quote for a 6 month policy?' and she flat out said she wouldn't offer me a policy. I suggest you interact with a more compassionate broker. I called Jarid at the Vancouver location and got much better customer service. Suggest you call that agent instead for a nicer experience. (EDIT: I can tell you flat out that I felt like whoever I was talking to made assumptions about me based on questions I asked - assuming I was the type to not pay on a policy and cancel it prematurely- instead of inquiring more or explaining anything to me she flat out tried to end the conversation. I have been insured with Geico for about 9 years and honestly do think it is a great insurer and company and successfully dealt with claims in the past. However based on my experience with this location I wouldn't want this agent to get my business. I just started my new policy with Jake - an agent at the Vancouver location.)"

"Worse insurance company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with & it’s not even close. Please do your best to avoid the headaches this company has caused my family. I was just promptly informed that after being a loyal customer for 6months, my reward is a HIGHER INSURANCE RATE, Charging me more monthly. When I called & addressed these concerns, I was inform that the reasoning was because “higher ups” decided I should be placed amongst a “different tear”..? Of course my reaction was to ask for the reasoning behind the decision. Which led to me basically being told that’s just the way it is, & “tuff luck”. ZERO justification behind the drastic policy chance because NOTHING significant has happened in my driving history during this period of time. Not to mention, I’m just now about to reach the gap where I’m ABOVE the age of 25, which is the milestone we ALL wait for in order to see our insurance finally decline. Needless to say, my family & me will be taking our business elsewhere. If I’m going to give my hard earned money to a company, might as well be to one that doesn’t insult my intelligence."

"I spoke with Tascha and attempted to explain my insurance situation which is a bit more complicated than normal. Rather than try to understand the nuances, she insisted that she was "uncomfortable" providing any guidance. I'm sorry, is this a law firm or an insurance company. Last I check, most insurance companies are there to help understand your situation to better help you, not dodge your questions because they don't fit their understanding. A little more training is probably warranted."
