"Just got off the phone with them. I had a work liability policy for almost 3 years through them and liberty mutual. No issues. However when I called to cancel, both women on the phone were rude. The girl that answered the phone to direct my call was dumb, and the lady who took my call for the cancellation (I won’t share her name) had me on speaker phone so I could barely hear her, then when I said “I’m sorry I’m having a bad time hearing you” she coped an attitude and was rude for the rest of the phone call. Just gross customer service demeanor."

"When they say they will call the next day that means call them back in a week. Thats what I did. Then they say once again they will call the next day. Not, that means 2 days. Then they say they can't provide different things on a policy that are clearly posted on the insurance companies website. I ended up calling the insurance company directly and had what I needed added to my policy within minutes. Don't waste your time. Call the insurance companies directly."
