"I have had the same insurance broker in Dallas for 25 years, but they just weren't navigating the new insurance climate. My son recommended G&M , so I gave them a call. They were right on top of things, even coming out on a Sunday to take pictures of my house, letting me e-sign, so I didn't have to make an extra trip into town, getting right back to me with a quote, and answering all my questions. I love that they text me with questions, so I can answer at my convenience. I've now moved my car insurance to them, too."

"Well first off I walk using a walker and G & M insurance had a small screen door that I could barely fit throrough, their place of business is a house. So, barely getting through the door I was asked by a lady who didn't even smile or greet me , She just said what can I do for you? I sat down and explained that I wanted a quote on my car for both liability and full coverage . She said it would take her about 1 hour to go through the process. I stoped back by in an hour and she wasn't done with my quote said she needed another 45 minutes. So, i left and came back and sent my son in to pick up the quote for me. And , the lady still wasn't done with my quote. I told my son to just forget it if G & M Insurance was going to take so long putting a simple quote together then they didn't need my business .If you want a quote fast then you definitely want to stay away from G & M Insurance cause all you'll get is slow service and poor customer service."
