"HORRIBLE!! Let’s start out with: when I first reserved a unit, I was told that they never received my reservation. So, I was instructed to pick out a unit that was not in the gated area because she didn’t have time to drive out and meet me. The units that were available were dirty and the cleanest one I could find had dead rats in it. I was under a lot of pressure to move and was desperate so I settled for that unit. 2 months go by and I come back to check on my belongings: the lock was cut off and my stuff was stolen!!! The unit I picked was right in camera view, but surprisingly she never got back to me with any information about my unit being broken into. Shortly after that I text her and tell her I am moving out of the unit and it would be empty by the following month. She replies with; “ok that’s fine”. Almost a year later of moving out of the unit, I am still getting rental invoices stating I owe every month. I have sent emails and texts stating I have been out but still continue to get billed…..so frustrating!!"
