"I will never shop at GameStop ever.again. I bought the new fc24 soccer game last Friday for my 9 year old son and after doing everything we needed to do to play online - it would not connect. We took the game back in to GameStop the next day and was told that they don’t do returns on sports games, and I could only get a $25 in store credit after paying $65 the day before. Mind you- they didn’t tell me this policy when I bought the game. I opted to keep the game and continue trying to connect it. After more research from other people on EA sports, they too have had issues being unable to connect their Nintendo Switch to this game. I called the store today to see if they would be willing to allow us to exchange this game for something else comparable to the price we just paid for this one and was told now I would only be able to get $15 in store credit and they can’t do anything else for me. The “manager” advised that I come back in later to talk to someone else (passing the issue to the next person) and suggested I call corporate which I did and they don’t even handle returns over the phone. Incredibly disappointed in such terrible customer service."

"The employees working at this location are incredibly rude and the store is never open on time. Don't waste your time or money here."

"Terrible experience. Went to pick up a game we had paid extra to get an early release with preorder, the store had called us to make sure we came at 9. Showed up at about 9:10 and the store was completely closed up with not even a vehicle to suggest that an employee might be present. Called the store number and it told us "all associates are helping other customers". Would definitely not recommend visiting this location, seeing as how gamestop exists to provide games, and they couldn't even fulfill that."

"Horrible customer service ordered a package on the 15th of April with 2 day shipping still haven’t gotten it on the 7th of may every time i call customer service they have an attitude and don’t fix the problem they put my address in wrong 3 times and when i called to get them to fix it they lie and said they did fix it and never did till i called fed-ex again and finally they did there job after fed ex talked to them if i could give zero i would just based on the fact they lied to me 3 times just to not do there job real score 0/5 stars also they staff in the Phyical store is not better in the slightest they are incompetent at there job and have no manners or respect for customers except one guy I don’t know his name but he’s really good at his job"
