"Art+Science is one of my favorite places in the entire PNW, and I think everyone needs to go. My partner and I have seriously had some of our most memorable days together doing tastings here, and we make the 4 hour drive from Seattle as often as we possibly can during the summer - it is just THAT special! First, the tasting area is gorgeous. The landscaping and flowers around the property are so well done and the scenery of the area is just amazing. Second, Kim is the absolute sweetest and makes you feel so welcome. You can tell she loves everything about their product when you talk to her, and her bottle art is always so impressive and interesting. But lastly, and most importantly of all, their wine, cider, perry and co-ferments are all incredible and some of the most unique and tasty beverages you will ever drink. I thought I didn’t like cider or perry before I tried theirs, and they have completely changed my mind on that. I have never had something here that I didn’t love! The worst part of the experience is having to pick which bottles we are going to buy at the end of the tastings (because I just want to take them all home). If you’re thinking about visiting, I hope I convinced you. This place deserves all the love and hype!"
