"Purchased one pair of Kavu socks for $25 on 12/24 (as well as a sweater and long sleeve shirt) wore socks once and they got three holes on the soles two on one and one on the other. Tried to return on 12/28 and they refused to take them back. My luggage was lost by the airlines and I had to buy all new clothes for the holidays. Explained this to the cashier - owner refused to even speak with me. Wouldn’t ever shop here again. Socks only worn for one day in my Hoka’s - never happened with another pair of socks in those shoes.They clearly don’t care about the quality of their goods or satisfaction of their customers. Good luck with that in a small town. And Happy Holidays!"

"This shop is AMAZING! I guess it's more like a boutique but whatever you want to call it, it's so cute! They have the perfect selection of unique gifts for whoever you're shopping for and the candles they burn throughout the day... let's just say I walked out with one after purchasing it! Ben, the owner, was working tonight (Christmas Eve) and what a pleasant guy. He helped me find the perfect gifts and had great insight to pair a gift card with dinner from my wife's favorite restaurant here in Walla Walla. He also went the extra mile wrapping the gifts so that I'm all ready for the big day tomorrow! Thank you Ben, we can't wait to come back soon!"
