"Had a pretty appalling encounter with a employee at the Lancaster Grocery Outlet. Needing to use a bathroom (somewhat urgently) I was informed there was no public restroom. i said in that case I would not continue to shop there. The employee said to me " Good don't come back ". I clearly am elderly and write this for ALL the elderly customers who have at times urgent need to use a restroom more than that awful employee's insensitive and totally rude response to prepare. I will certainly never shop there again after that experience!"
"Clean store. The folks working here are respectful . A great place to go weekly. Also one thing they do really well here is stay on top of rotating so that there is never outdated product for sale. If it gets within a few days, it gets reduced for fast sale."
