"We are loyal Choice members, but I usually shy away from Econo Lodges, but what a surprise this one is. Very clean and comfortable. Sarah at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. If you are a lite sleeper request a back room , we had a front room and could occasionally hear trucks driving by. Not an issue for us but I know some people can be sensitive to noise. There is a local brew house restaurant next door which was delicious ( try the sweet potato fries). Only good things to say about this motel. If administrators are reading this a small ramp from the parking lot to the front sidewalk would be appreciated so you don’t have to bump your rolling luggage up the curb when checking in. Highly recommend."
"Room was very clean. Lady at the front desk was wonderful. She even brought extra pillows and blankets for the kids."
"Impressed by the professionalism at this hotel! The manager sets a high standard with their attention to detail and excellent customer service. Delighted with my stay! It has set a new standard for my future travels."
"Comfortable bed and pillows account for the three stars. Service? Apathetic at best, and pretty much non-existent. The so-called “free breakfast”? A sad joke. A few old granola bars. Nothing hot or fresh. Room AC worked well, didn’t use TV or microwave. Knowing the beds are comfy, I’d come back if I had no other options."
"What a roller-coaster! First impressions were good, clean room, no bad smells like some reviews had said. The male receptionist was friendly and professional, getting us checked in and even allowed us a late check-out as we were traveling for the eclipse. Cracks started to show as house keeping barged in at 9:30 AM. No knock. They proceeded to hang out outside our door laughing and joking until we asked them to please let us sleep...10:57 AM. and the phone rings. It's Lynne! The friendly morning receptionist! "Time to leave." We tried to tell her that we had been given a late check-out. "We don't do that." ..ok. So we go down to check out and are met with horrible attitude and bogus accusations of being liars and drug addicts. I understand that businesses have procedures and rooms need to get cleaned, but we were the only people there on a Monday morning. Is demand so insane that you can't spare the hour that you had already granted us? I gave up arguing when she wanted to trespass us for still being in the lobby talking to her at 11:01 AM. She said she would call the cops so we left.. She followed us into the parking lot!! As she continued to hurl insults, I walked across the lot to the neighboring business as I saw some employees and wanted to get their take on the situation. They said that we weren't the first to describe such a scene and that she shouldn't represent the business. TO THE OWNERS: This is not the only review detailing the misadventures of this "manager." This is NOT what the hospitality industry is about! #dayruined #Lynnesanity"
