"Don’t bother going in for t-shirt/ hoodie printing. No one is ever there or they’re “closed”. It’s literally Wednesday and they’re “closed until next week” Employees are ghetto and rude but what else would you expect? Don't waste your time. Go down the street to top to bottom"

"Lame considering Top to Bottom is a block away. We went there specifically because their google listing stated they did clothing transfers (lettering, etc. on the shirt, hoodie...); BUT, we called them and they confirmed they were open and offer that service. We arrived 5 min later. They proffer a reasonably good selection with some decent pricing (just check the clothing for 'problems' and factory second elements). We approached the counter and requested putting a transfer on to a hoodie and the young lady replied "The person who does that didn't show up today ~ and we don't know when they'll come back in." I explained that I called their store about 10 minutes prior and asked about the service and they confirmed it. She just replied "There is nothing we can do...but 'Tops and Tees' is right down the street. Try them." So we left and went to their competitor as they stated. I am grateful for the referral but let down they couldn't fulfill their commitment."
