"The staff here are not the most helpful. One girl in particular just kept saying good question.. uhhh I don’t know. (When asking for price of something) This isn’t the first time she’s done this to me. If you don’t know the answer why not find out from someone else. She does not have great customer service skills what’s so ever. So after I made my purchase she set my item to the side and said we will get right on that when we can.. even though I just paid. Worst part is huge balloon I bought has a leak in it for my sons birthday tomorrow. So waste of money. Even though it was brand new in package and bought and filled immediately.Defiantly hire people with better customer service skills. Won’t be coming back anymore after this. Update 1/31/24 Came back for something for my sons birthday he wanted. My 2 kids and fiancé and I walk in. (2 &1) they get super excited to see the ballon. Run up to inflatable cake one on the ground. Start touching it. They tipped it over from excitement. Before I could even pick it up and react and move my kids. A young girl starts to yell saying no no no. Don’t touch that. Please don’t touch that/do that. After that we looked to see if what my son wanted was there, and turned around and left. Definitely won’t be spending money here ever again. This location needs better employees. Especially one getting upset over something small like this. Sorry there’s huge balloons all throughout the store. Kids are going to want to touch it."

"We waited until the last minute to buy balloons for my son’s Halloween themed birthday party this weekend and found out this evening they were almost completely out! The entire staff offered top notch customer service and were incredibly nice. They helped us put together the perfect bouquet. Really saved the day, thank you all so much!!"

"I had no idea there would be a 2 hour wait to get balloons inflated… I quickly needed 6 balloons and they refused to help out… yet no one was working on their other orders. Rude and lazy workers."

"Staff is incredibly rude! Ordered balloons to be ready at 2p.m. I get there at 1:58 and they snap at me telling me it's not 2 yet! There are 5 people waiting for balloons and the girl is taking her sweet time. My order is not even fulfilled till 2:20! Which I would have been fine with if people had basic service skills and MANNERS!!! Party city needs to do better with coaching their rude staff! Spend your money at Safeway and get the same balloons with better people. Oh and they didn't even get the order right! Apparently they cannot count nor tell the difference between red or orange!"
