"We purchased a new Honda Generator from them on 1/17/24. We started the Generator that evening and it was surging and running extremely rough. We called Camping World the next day 1/18/24 wanting to exchange it and they refused telling us we had to have it warranted through Honda. Poor customer service, will not buy anything from them again!"
