"I just bought a 2019 Kia Niro EV from Jordan after looking for about a month. I am a weird customer because I am slow to make decisions, very detail oriented, and buying anything shuts me down. Buying a car, though exciting for many, is my nightmare except for the free coffee. I am also not a highly sought out customer because I’m buying used and I’m frugal. I felt taken care of but not hovered over as I hate that. I did not feel pressure from anyone. They let me take keys and sit in cars by myself which I need to do to think straight. I felt completely safe as a solo woman test driving two cars with just Jordan. He was very patient as I intently studied rebate rules and asked a million questions about the warranty etc. I also did not feel pressured by the person who did the signing. He explained the warranty options but did not pressure me and was very professional even though I was there after hours which was due to my many questions and slow decision making. I had a good experience here. I am 50 and this is the first time I’ve ever financed a car Even though it is used, it is the most expensive thing I’ve ever owned. This was a big deal day for me and they made it go as well as can be expected."
