"Went in the store at night to get nachos the cheese ran out I told the clerk he put a cold bag in and left it and said it's ready I asked him if it was hot he said yes and I was still fridge cold. There was one stale hot dog bun in the drawer and the taqitoes were not in the correct place. Customer service was horrible this has happened at least 3 or 4 times will go to lebanon from now on."

"I had gone inside to redeem points the worker proceeded to continue to try to make me pay for what I grabbed to redeem my points with and the worker refused to let me use my points"

"I stoped at Sweet Home’s Seven Eleven and was met with very poor customer service and mis-priced items. There was a sign saying “3 for $5” so I graded the three items and headed to the lady to check out. When she rang in the items the price was nearly $7. As there is no sales tax in Oregon I mentioned that the sign said 3 for $5. The lady tried to tell me the register gave me the discount and proceeded roll her eyes and give me a math lesson using her common core math skill. I chuckled when her own math didn’t add up. I simply asked her how can it be 3 for almost $7 when the sign said 3 for $5. The lady became very rude and condescending. I decided I didn’t need to stand there and be treated this way for asking a question about a simple discrepancy. I reluctantly over paid for my items and left. I would strongly reconsider visiting that Seven Eleven. There are a plenty of other convenient store that would be more then happy to treat you with kindness."

"Went to the 7-Eleven in Sweet home for the first time and the employees were telling customers that they do not have to wear their masks before entering the building. Employees was coming around customers without wearing their masks completely disregarding the fact that a customer had asked her to put her mask back on. This 7-Eleven does not clearly follow Oregon state's mandate for Mass wearing placing all health at risk."

"Ive tried many times to get service here that is better then one star. What is that saying..do it one time shame on you, do it twice shame on Me well its been four or 10 times of trying n i will just drive to the next 7-11 that is 13 miles away instead of spending money to be left frustrated. Oldest lady working there hasnt a clue how to work the points but sure expects you to just accept that."
