"Truly the worst Wendy's in Portland. Doesn't get the order right at all she even shorted me 2 burgers after she confirmed what was supposed to be in the bag. I headed outta town and realized after I'm 3 miles down the freeway. I would never consider eating at this location again. Easier to go a few miles away"

"Been out snow plowing and deicing very long hours in this winter storm stopped here at 4pm and this wendys is open there is people chilling in the lobby but they have the doors locked because everybody is lazy now a days. So I'm stuck not being able to get food for the 4th day in a row my snow plow is too big to take through a drive-thru thanks for doing your job you guys now I get to Hope 7-Eleven has a half cooked hot dog that's disgusting"

"Food was over priced. The burgers did not look anything like the pictures. Food was cold. Which I didn't understand how? There's only me and one other vehicle in the Drive-Thru, and the restaurant was empty. I also was given my two meals and only one napkin for the two of us to share??. Very disappointed!"

"I really don't like leaving bad reviews or escalating situations but was mistreated terribly here. Came to dine in and Lynn had took my order.. ordered a 6 piece nugget and a large fry and had received a large cup instead... after letting her know that wasn't my order she snatched the cup out of my hands and proceeded to blame me and screamed at me. She ended up giving me basically nothing in my fry cup, I told her I could pay the remainder and kept screaming at me and blaming me. This situation made me feel uncomfortable to come back to this location. I also work in fast food as well and I understand there can be mess ups but this was outrageous the way I was treated and kicked out as well over a large fry.. Had to go out my way to contact corporate because of how bad I was treated. This felt like a bully situation honestly. :("

"I have never waited for a hamburger on my life. The only redeeming factor is that they messed up my order and gave me the mistake free of charge. I don't often eat there since they discontinued the chili dog. It used to be one of the best in town.the"
