"Very disappointed. They don't serve coffee in e Evenings and I work graveyard. Thibiggest disappointment the hair I found on my sandwich. With the 15 dollar price tag you'd think it would be better. I mean who messes up a sandwich and fries..... Arby's does!!!!! Won't be going back again!!!"

"The drive thru employees are always attentive and never mess up my order -unlike some of their competition in the area. In terms of attitude and customer service: this is my favorite place to go when I need a quick stop. Thank you for making my lunches :) give these people a raise"

"Was there about 12:20 pm today, 12/5/23 whatever that was working the counter/register needs to be trained.. singing as they were taking my order.. packaged up an Uber eats type order and seriously dropped in from two feet up onto the counter after it was bagged and sealed. Not sure if she was trying to impress or is just an idiot! If that’s going on up front I hate to know what’s going on back in the kitchen!"

"I ordered a special steak sandwich that is on their new menu item. Save your money! They say it’s steak but I don’t think so. Really BAD!"

"Went through the drive thru and and to ask for the rest of my order 2 times. Once I finally got home and opened the sandwich they were wrong. And they were now closed so I cant even call to address the problems. However I will be going back tomorrow with the wrong item and my over cooked empty cheese sticks. I never ordered a chicken sandwich, but yet thats what I got. We are long time Arby's customers and today's experience has made it so we will not be going back ever."
