"First time going to this particular Wendy’s and I was served the worst fast food chicken I’ve ever had. I ordered a chicken wrap combo and the chicken was super dry and hard. The ratio of chicken, lettuce and cheese was terrible and the tortilla was wrapped poorly. My wrap was also put into the bag upside down and started to fall apart when I tried to take it out of the bag. I only took a couple bites before throwing the wrap in the trash. If I hadn’t gotten it to go I would have asked for a refund. Fries were at least fresh and tasted decent but I won’t be going back to this Wendy’s."

"The absolute worst Wendy's I've been to! Every time I go to this location my portions are all not consistent. The burgers are wrapped up as if a child wrapped them and the staff is very unprofessional. I understand this is a fast food place but that's the problem with these type of places nowadays they don't hold themselves to any standards and its despicable."

"Mediocre food and that was cooked fairly well but with poor ingredients, I find everything but the beef to be subpar. Bizarre policies that include not being able to eat in the lobby; apparently you can only order inside and get it to go... This nonsensical procedure doesn't help customers who don't drive. I mistakenly thought I'd be able to sit down and enjoy my burger and fries and to my dismayed surprise I was forced out the door into the rain where I had to hurry and try to cover my order in a paper bag to slow it's disintegration in the downpour as I searched for a spot to devour my damned lunch before it was completely cold. Far from impressed at everything other than the cordial & courteous customer service provided by the hardworking staff, apologetically explaining the policy and procedure and why I had to return to the torrential rain without enjoying my food and drink. Not very likely to put myself through such a ridiculous scenario when eating out."

"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve never in my life had my food played with more than this restaurant location. Huge hunks of meat in my chili and I ordered a medium fry which was less than a small. My salad I ordered no bacon! James was trying to ADD bacon and did not give me all condiments on a dine in. Hard chicken pieces? As I was writing this review in the lobby customers came in saying they were over charged and got wrong items."
