"It wasnt a super duper outstanding burger that made me want to rave about its awesomeness. It was just what a great burger should be; tasty and filling. The shake was a perfect match to the burger and if you want a giant shake full of sugar you'll have to get it elsewhere. I found the fries to be kinda meh but if you're not a McDonald's fries fan you may like them. Peanut appetizers seemed odd but not bad except for the one that had a moldy taste but that's outside the restaurant's control."

"Apparently would rather have call in service. 5 people in 5 minutes walked put becaus3 they were told there would be 15 20 minute wait just to order because they were so busy. There was 2 people in the building waiting for orders. Tells me they were taking call in and Food delivery orders over customers that were actually there. I feel it is a poor business decision. I walked out with the rest."

"I’ve never been so underwhelmed and disappointed… I’m not sure if they’ve switched ownership or if staff is just not up to par but the past 2 times I’ve been in for a burger it has been half-a**ed. staff looks unhappy and was rude, my buns were grilled for only about a millisecond making the finished product a soggy condiment mess, and my burger was bland and unseasoned. The burger was such a disaster at the end that neither me or my friend could eat the, frankly, wet burger. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed I chose to spend my money there… Five Guys used to be my favorite burger place around, I used to consider then #1…now I will not be back."
