"Very clearly ordered three meals with both my kids in the lobby and no one else there three double bonus Jack meals that they have in the window advertised for 5.99$. the manager working took my order and gave me the three sandwiches when I questioned why would I paid for should have been the price of three meals I was told that I did not say that and was asked to pay an additional $11 and some change on top of the 17 I had already spent. Rather than engage her because I felt disrespected I took my kids and asked for a refund and left her and the cook proceeded to stare at us out the window and lock the doors. Worst experience in a long time"

"Sat in line for my whole 30 minute lunch to eat a cold burger with a patty that only covered half of the bun. Asked for no cheese and still got cheese."

"Whoever was the cook and fryer On December 15 at eight P.m. deserves a raise cause it’s been the best Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever had because most of the time is trash. Best cook, burger, tacos, and fries. I’ve had in a long time."

"So this wasn’t the first time that this jack in the box had gotten our order wrong,( last time they completely forget to even give us a burger we ordered, but we thought everyone makes mistakes it’s okay) but this time it was just not a pleasant experience. The girl was rude on the intercom and when we got out order it was wrong. I ordered a loaded tacos with the sauce on the side, but they ended up just giving me bean paste mini tacos with no lettuce no sauce. And just some melted shredded cheese. We also got a medium fry and drink but she gave us smalls. The ultimate bacon burger also had two tiny slices of bacon?? So I decided hey let’s just go back, and just say hey, I’m sorry but I didn’t get any lettuce on my mini loaded tacos and you gave us small drink and small fry instead of a medium? She looked at me like I was dumb, and said okayyyy what do you want me to do about the lettuce? And I was like oh can I just get alittle bit on the side? And she said no I can’t do that, it’s not how that works. And I said, yes but I paid for the loaded ones I would just like some lettuce on them? And she said no I can’t do that. She did end up giving us our medium fry but not the drink. She was giving us attitude and was basically just I’m not dealing with this. I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but we paid a lot of money and all I ask is we get what we paid for as well as just little bit of understanding from the girl."

"Ordered a garden salad for my wife and received a southwest salad that looked like the bottom of the barrel pickings. I'm pretty sure a garden salad doesn't have beans and corn. I tried to let the cashier know that I got the wrong salad, but he insisted I got the right one. While I'm trying to tell him that it wasn't, the two guy cooks were laughing and commenting in Spanish that the "fat man ordered only a salad". Yes I understood you guys. I may not speak it well, but I understand it completely. When I asked for a refund, the cashier refused."
