"Hidden ramen gem, lots of flavorful options, vegan ramen galore, great staff and cozy interior. Their basque cheesecake is also amazing and you cannot miss it."
"(4.4/5) This place slaps. Best ramen I’ve had thus far in NE Portland. Perfect spot for a rainy day. Just get yourself a bowl of noodles and a lager. I’ve had the shoyu ramen a couple times now and each time it’s been super flavorful, warm and delicious. Great prices. Make sure to check the open hours. They close and reopen on some days."
"We tried the Tan Tan Ramen and Mala ramen and selected the bone broth, with pork at medium spice level. We enjoyed the flavors of both. The mala ramen had a nice kick to it. We came here for lunch around noon in a Saturday and were seated right away. Service was friendly."
"Kayo was flavorful and delightful. I got the TanTan ramen with bone broth and ground pork. I got it medium heat, and lemme tell you, it had a great kick to it. The other entree was the shoyu ramen with bone broth and ground pork. The ramen tasted fresh, and the broth was flavorful. I regret not getting a seasoned egg, but I am an egg fan. I also got a tan tan taco, it was packed with ground pork and delicious. I’ve never had daikon on a taco and it surprised me how good it all blend good together. The corn tortilla was really good too. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. Parking could be rough but not impossible. Not pictured: tan tan taco"
"Really wanted to like the place, but i think my taste buds just didn’t like the tantan ramen and the tsukimen dipping ramen. The best way i can describe it is that it is full of muted flavors that conflictingly clash. The place was nice though but will most likely won’t come back. Unfortunately will not come back any time soon. It couldve been better and with all the good reviews i had higher hopes that it would’ve tasted better or at least decent."
