"If you can’t have gluten, this is like everything you’ve ever dreamed of being able to eat while watching your partner eat fair food. The corn dogs, fried chicken & funnel cake and the deep fried Oreo’s were insanely good!"

"One word - OBSESSED. My boyfriend has Celiac so it’s super hard to find options for him, and I almost cried when he took a bite of the corn dog (get the one with peanut sauce, trust me). The CRUNCH. The FLAVOR. By far best corn dog he or I have ever had. The funnel cake and fried Oreos were just as amazing cold, 4 hours later, as they were when we first tried them (we saved some for later that night). He hasn’t had fair food since before he had his diagnosis, so this was definitely a core memory. Do yourself a favor, whether you’re gluten-free or not, and give this food truck a visit. Everything was top-notch and we will definitely be stopping by here whenever we find ourselves in the area."

"After months of schedules not aligning, I finally got to try HBCF (worst/best part: I discovered I’m a 10 minute walk from it) — As a vegan, I am not AT ALL disappointed!!!!!! I decided to go classic and try the Honey Butter Jumbo Vegan and oh hot damn was that thing HUGE!!! I was not prepared even though it said jumbo. Absolutely brought me back to being a kid at the fairgrounds with my family, begging my mum to get me a corn dog. I was absolutely delighted to see that everything is gluten free and the menu is nearly vegan (with dedicated vegan fryers). The only thing that would make this better, is if it was a fully vegan establishment; and whilst it isn’t, they’ve done a great job of making it vegan-safe. Will absolutely be back to try all the other vegan stuff on the menu."

"AMAZING food, at an all gluten free brewery with awesome beer, and really kind and fast service! We've had two different corn dogs, fried Oreos, fried chicken on mashed potatoes and fried chicken on a funnel cake and everything has been 10/10!!! We're big fans!"
