"My heater broke in a weekend. They got in contact first thing Monday morning, had a technician out on Tuesday, got the home warranty approval and parts and it was fixed on Friday ! With the cold snap I was really hoping that it would be fast and it was. They were great about communicating and were early to each appointment. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. And my heater had a clicking noise on start up (before it broke down) and I had two other companies out who said that was normal - it was not. So yes I will continue to use this company."
