"I got to warn people don't buy cigarettes from this 711 or the one at hall and 99. Because I go to the 711 at McDonald and 99, Its like 5 dollars cheaper for the same 2 packs of cigarettes. Why is it that much more expensive and it's the same company."
"On 11/27/2022 at 10:30 pm. I came in to pick up 2 doordash orders and the Hispanic lady working the register allowed a Mexican friend of hers who arrived after me to go ahead of me in line and proceeded to gather his order then socialize with him for at least 10 minutes until I had to rudely make my presence known. I speak Spanish although I am white. I understood the whole conversation. I am from Southern California. They both found it funny and laughed when her friend said "I can't tell if someone is there because he is standing by wall that is painted white." They didn't know I speak Spanish. I wonder what would happen if I did this to someone of another race. If it happens again I will make an issue out-of it.."
"Just watched them serve a man cold tequtos because the rollers we accidently shut off. The customer pulled them out, handled them, gave them back cause they were cold and the 2 employees on shift (not the young man just clocking in) put the toquitos back on the rollers to be re-sold. GROSS!!! IN A PANDEMIC!!! DO NOT EAT FOOD FROM HERE!!!!"
"On Wednesday, May 19th between 3:10pm and 3:45pm i stopped in on my way home... The clerk was personally purchasing scratch it lotterys and playing (i didnt mind)... Then when it came time to ring up my purchase i had to wait for him to finish his personal transaction. Dude was very nice and i didnt mind the wait until the next day when i checked my the ticket i purchased, i realized it was split into multiple days, smh. I asked for a $6 mega bucks... not six separate games. When i went in the next day and this happened, i asked for the manager. The clerk at the time (lady with glasses) was literally just not responding to me... Very rude. The manager comes out and pretty much "grills me" like im on some game show. Very Unprofessional and frustrating. I just wanted to let him know his employee messed my ticket up because he was playing lottery on 711's time... Didnt ask for a refund or anything, jus wanted to let him know. He kept telling me i was at the wrong store and "no men" work there.... I was confused since i live right up the street, im not a regular but i do stop there from time to time since i pass it every day. (Obviously i will no longer shop there). Ive been there multiple times and theres always a male clerk. Anyway, my chiropractor is right up the street and i went on my way home from there, only place i had wen for the while week.... The service sucks. Manager is a lil guy and very Unprofessional. Im more frustrated that i actually kept my cool.and was being polite, i feel like i should have been rude right back."
"Alright, I get it, 7-11's are the place you go for a quick trip. That usually means in and out and minimum conversation. I don't have a problem with that. What I do have an issue with is inconsistent food quality. One day the hot bar food is frozen. The next day the hotdog bun is mysteriously shrunk and stiff on the bottom, couldn't even get it open properly. The day after that the coffee is thin, the color of tea. I'm glad today is the last day I'll be in this area. I won't have to keep being disappointed."
