"It seems like the new ownership purposefully just pushes customers away. There is never any hot food made, the employees are rude like 9/10 times. If this place claims a profit they’re money laundering or running a bodega."

"The new employees left alone in the store have no idea how to take a payment with your own 7-eleven app. And the evening employees recently are on the phone constantly while you're inside trying to purchase anything. This is getting ridiculous"

"I would actually love to give this location 0 stars, but had to put 1 in order to post.... I have to say that my husband and I have ordered from here 2 times and both times they have messed up our order, and every time we call they do not answer and it acts like it's hooked up to a fax machine.... Some of our food was suppose to be hot, and it wasn't, and our coffee was suppose to be hot and they gave us ice coffee... They did not contact us about any issues with the order ie: If they were out and if can be replaced with something else... Who ever is the manager, they are not doing a good job...."

"I used to love this place until new management took over and got rid of all the awesome employees. New people are very unfriendly and try to charge you extra for things if your not paying attention. Went from 5 star to barely a 1 star. I avoid at all costs these days. The fountain drinks are watered down if they even are working at all, Slurpees are always malfunctioning, and they don't even give you a chance to enter your phone number for your 7 rewards points. They don't honor hardly any specials they advertise either."

"This store was closed for four months, but now, after a lot of remodeling work, it has reopened. And it is beautiful! It is a welcome spot in the neighborhood since it is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I stopped in yesterday and had a nice chat with the two staff members on duty."
