"Had an emergency with getting the propane system on our new food truck up and running for our grand opening on Saturday. It was after hours on Friday and Alex came out and while he didn't have the necessary part,he told us exactly where we could get it the next morning. I won't say exactly what he charged for an after hours service call but will say it was a LOT less than any service call I've ever had to pay for. He even texted the next day to see if we were able to get it fixed. Very helpful and amazing customer service."
