"I purchased a dress from AV online. I sent them an email as the shoulder straps were so long that the dress top was not above my chest but near my bellybutton (and my bra size is 36DD). They wrote back saying sorry it didn’t fit and that they could not take the return on the 8th day after shipment. I wrote back that I believe the dress was flawed and not made correctly, not that it didn’t fit. Said that I’ll keep it, since I cannot return it. I’ll need to cut off the straps and try to sew new ones on that are made correctly… Customer service immediately closed my online account. Dress quality extremely poor. Customer service horrible. Unfortunately, I will not shop here again. Go find better quality clothing and kinder individuals."

"I wanted to purchase a sweater for my granddaughter, but they did not have her size in the shop available. I was informed by a shop attendant that they have an online store so we checked and the sweater was in her size online. I contacted the company and they brought the sweater to the retail store for me to purchase just in time for Christmas. My granddaughter loves her gift! Thank you!"

"They only let you return items for store credit. I ordered a dress and the fit was weird and the quality lackluster. I didn't want to buy anything else from them so now I'm stuck with it and it was expensive. I should have read their return policy before ordering but I buy things online all the time and I've never encountered a shop with such a bad return policy so it didn't occur to me to check. You also only have five days to return items and can't use any promotional codes with your store credit and you have to pay for return shipping. Terrible store, terrible policies."
