"Just happened across this restaurant on a Google search, but it is hands down the best BBQ in Washington! Absolutely authentic smoked Texas BBQ flavor. No sauce needed. Staff and owners are extremely friendly. It is worth driving to Prosser just to pick some up."

"The brisket I got was as good as I have ever had. I have enjoyed BBQ Brisket from Texas to Washington to Wisconsin, trust me, this is great. I got take out, by the time I had ordered my three meals, I was invited to the cash register to get pay up and by the time I had signed my slip, I was handed my order! The two women working were joyful and very quick. All of our meals were awesome."

"As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with salutations and smiles. The staff was patient with us as we read the menu and made our decision. We wanted something for dinner, but since they close as 3:00 pm, we had to swing by earlier to pick something up for later. We ordered the sampler plate that had a little bit of everything on it.
