"Food is always good , service is good most of the time but they do tend to forget some of the food items when in drive thru and restraunt is usually always clean to wat i see"

"What a crooked place. Will remember forever not to come back to this McDonald's. First off, my fries came out with a pinched box, which I'm sure was a ploy to resemble a full box. Then the bun on my burger was stale and hard. However, the worst part of my trip here was that there are no refills on the soda. This is a scam of a McDonald's, and I will never return, and I recommend that you make a different choice in fast food when in Grandview."

"Had a horrible experience at this McDonald’s I ordered the Big Mac per usual but it was horribly put together! literally seemed like they threw everything in the box and called it good.. also there is no self serve for the soda machine inside and they charged me for a refill!"

"Stopped at this McDonald’s on a road trip today (04/08/2023). Waited twenty minutes on a relatively small order for the food to be almost cold and stale tasting. I also ordered two things of apples and was given expired bags, see attached photo. The apples were warm and tasted horrible. Save your time/money for somewhere else. Edited to add: my chicken sandwich also had a hair in it that I saw after I had taken two bites, so I did not finish."
