"This is a pretty good 7-Eleven. We know most of people who work here only a couple are idiots but the rest are awesome. The owner is great. February 2024 they now have these girls hired in the morning who are absolutely horrific. It has ruined the store the girls fight they can yell They screamed their horrible. We go twice a day and now we won’t. There awful people. Owner needs to hire better employees."

"This is the only 7 eleven in town, outnumbered 3 to 1 by Plaid Pantry. This used to be my go to spot, but lately, not so much. The morning cashiers I have found to be quite rude. They are put out by anything out of the ordinary. If you want to cash lottery tickets, that seems to really upset them. But, why on God's earth would you have 3 employees and only one cashier working the counter at 6am? One of the busiest times of the day? I even waited for the stream to die down before laying my tickets on the counter. The look of disgust on that girl's face was something I don't even know if I can find words for. And as for the rest of the patrons, no "Good Morning", "Have a great day", no recognition of regular customers, just an unhappy clerk with her unhappy coworker, and not a smile between them. What has become of the world any more? Common courtesy when its YOUR JOB to provide customer service? And we are paying them $15+ / hr for this behavior? I refuse to think that my expectations are unreasonable given the decades I spent in various customer service roles. I am just appalled by the lack of skill not just here, but everywhere. I just have to say, sorry, I won't be back to have people like that giving a start to my day."

"Nathan was the dude I unfortunately dealt with. I had a pick up order. I seen the pick up window and stood there, where I was ignored for 10 minutes. So I went and waited in line for another 10 minutes when it was my turn I told him the name to which he responded there’s other orders in front of yours so it’s gonna be awhile after just watching him go fulfill another customers order, so I asked him if he had plans on actually filling it and he said there’s customers in line. Why do I need to wait in line like everyone else yet you refuse to fill my order? I’m here now too just like a customer and when asked when his boss was going to be available, he wanted to give me the run around, I asked what his name was since he wanted to be rude and he told me and proceeded to be smart and ask if I wanted his address and started giving me his phone number like a weirdo."
